【蒜茸豆豉煮花甲】
[材料]
花甲1-2斤
蒜茸2湯匙
豆豉1湯匙
辣椒2隻
[做法]
1. 花甲清洗數次,浸水半小時,瀝水備用。
2. 豆豉浸水,取出搓乾,辣椒切粒備用。
3. 起鑊先爆香蒜茸豆豉辣椒,倒入花甲兜勻,加鹽,糖,生抽,酒,胡椒粉拌勻,蓋上蓋煮至花甲全部開口即可上碟。

very nice, but not so easy to find here. Whenever I see in the market, I will definitely buy back and cook. You can cook with basil too!
