其實我好怕炒牛肉, 因為成日都整到好 "un", 唔知有咩心得呢?同埋多數會喺邊度買牛肉?[版主回覆04/07/2009 22:27:00]我係街巿買架,牛肉要睇嗰舊唔好暗色,色澤要令!切都要睇紋路架! 唔好用鹽醃,一落鑊就鋪平佢,灑少許鹽先夠味,一邊煎好先好反呀!要大火!
