【蒜香雞翼】~附食譜

【蒜香雞翼】




[材料]

新鮮雞全翼5隻,蒜味炸雞料半包



[醃料]

生抽2茶匙,老抽1湯匙,酒1湯匙,蒜味炸雞料半包

[做法]

(1) 洗淨雞翼抺乾水,落醃料醃2小時(或一晚預備)。



(2) 燒熱油鑊,放入雞翼略煎,加入糖1湯匙,水半碗煮至汁乾即成。

  3. if u use this coating mix, u can simply wash and clean the wings, dry it with kitchen paper, then put the mix into the wings and mix well, put into fridge for 2 hrs, then fry it or bake it in oven. no need to marinate it at all
